Baracuda - Where Is The Love

I have to admit that this doesn't sound good. Baracuda's latest single Where Is The Love is a kind of cover from Nightwish's hit Amaranth

I'm sorry, but it sounds just horrible...

  4. The latest, and sixth Baracuda single "Where Is The Love" was released on the 2nd of January 2009. The song samples Nightwish's megahit from 2007, "Amaranth". The song makes use of the piano melody which appears in the original track and the melody of the chorus of "Where Is The Love" matches that of the original "Amaranth" track.

  7. And they even took some lyrics from Alice Cooper's Poison:

"I want to love you but I better not
    Touch
    I want to hold you.."

  8. Techno/dance music has always sampled other songs... so why not nightwish?

  13. It's really garbage, the kind of garbage that an average bedroom DJ can do in about ten minutes. Cheesiest possible sounds combined with zero originality in composition (yes, it's not sampling, it's plagiarism)... ah well, better have your permissions taken care of, mr and ms artist :)

  15. That's disgusting. That's not sampling, that's entirely ripping-off and ruining a perfectly good song. Baracuda needs to learn to be original.
